Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are liable for all activities that occur under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Product Information
- We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and prices.
- Product availability is subject to change without prior notice.
- Colors and appearance may vary slightly from images due to monitor settings.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities of products purchased per customer.
- All products are subject to the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.
- Payment must be received in full before order processing begins.
- We accept payments via bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and USSD.
- In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Shipping
- We deliver to all 36 states in Nigeria and the FCT.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the order.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (weather, strikes, etc.).
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable for accepted returns.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery as per our Refund Policy.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Live animals and perishable goods are non-returnable.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
Limitation of Liability
- BosjoksAgro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
- We are not responsible for damages resulting from misuse of products purchased.
- We do not guarantee that our platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so these may not apply to you.
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
- Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Abuja, Nigeria.
- We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
