At BosjoksAgro, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, our return and refund policy provides clear guidelines to help you.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
- A valid order number and proof of purchase are required.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Live animals (Day Old Chicks, turkeys, livestock)
- Perishable goods (fresh produce, hatchery eggs)
- Opened or used feed bags
- Custom or special-order products
- Items returned beyond the 7-day window
Note: If live animals arrive dead or in poor condition, please report immediately for a claim.

Get Approval
Our team reviews your request and provides a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Ship Item Back
Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our support team.

Inspection & Approval
We inspect the returned item to confirm it meets the return criteria.

Refund Issued
Once approved, your refund is processed to the original payment method.
Refund Timeline
- Bank Transfers: 3 - 5 business days after approval
- Card Payments: 5 - 10 business days after approval
- USSD Payments: 3 - 5 business days after approval
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at sales@bosjoksagro.com.ng with your order number and reason for return.
- Call our support line at 0803 439 5945 | 0913 301 6442 (Mon - Sat, 8 AM - 6 PM).
- Provide photos of the item if it is damaged or defective.
- Wait for our team to issue an RMA number and return instructions.
