Important Notes About DOC Pickup
Pickup Timing
Chicks must be picked up within 24 hours of arrival notification. Unclaimed chicks may be re-assigned or forfeited.
Bring a Carrier
Please bring your own chick carrier or ventilated box for transporting your chicks. We do not provide carriers at pickup points.
Identification Required
Bring a valid ID and your order confirmation number for verification at the pickup location.
Health Check
Inspect your chicks at the pickup point before leaving. Report any concerns immediately to the pickup attendant.
Need Delivery Instead? If you prefer delivery to your farm instead of pickup, select "Delivery" as your shipping method during checkout. Delivery charges apply based on your location.
